Who we are
This website (data13.eu) is operated by Data13 OÜ, registration code 16686471 (Estonia). We are the controller of the personal data described below. Questions about your data? Email contact@data13.eu.
What we collect, and why
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company (optional)
- The content of your message
We use this solely to read and respond to your enquiry. When you submit the form we send a notification to ourselves and a confirmation copy to your email address. Our web host also processes standard server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) for security and operation.
Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your message concerns a possible engagement, to take steps at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not require you to consent to cookies or tracking, because we use none (see below).
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party tracking or embeds. Nothing is stored on your device and your visit is not profiled.
Who processes your data
Hosting and email delivery are provided by our hosting provider (IONOS SE, Germany), acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR within the EU. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@data13.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. In our case that is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or the authority in your country of residence.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as one is not required for processing at this scale.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
